TERMS OF SALE • UPDATED 20 AUGUST 2026

Clear terms.
Fair dealing.

These terms apply to order requests submitted to RoadReady Auto Parts Store in Grenada.

01

Supplier identity and order acceptance

The supplier is Anderson Charles, trading as RoadReady Auto Parts Store, operating from Gladstone Road, Grenville, St. Andrew, Grenada. Customer support: +1 (473) 423-7961 or andersonanton98@gmail.com. RoadReady is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Submitting checkout creates an order request only; it does not confirm availability, fitment or acceptance. An order is accepted only through a written confirmation identifying the product, quantity, unit price, applicable warranty, delivery charge, payment terms, delivery period and final total. Customers can review and correct checkout information before submitting.

02

Prices, taxes, delivery and availability

Catalogue prices are displayed in Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$) and represent the product price unless otherwise stated. RoadReady is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added. Delivery is not included unless expressly shown. Any delivery charge and the final amount payable are disclosed in writing before an order is accepted or payment is requested. Online prices and stock indicators may be corrected before acceptance if there is a genuine data-entry, supplier or inventory error. Once an order is accepted, its confirmed price cannot be increased without the customer's written agreement and corresponding right to cancel where required by law.

03

Vehicle fitment

Vehicle-specific products require the correct year, make, model and chassis or VIN. Engine code, transmission code, original part number or photographs may also be requested. Product cards show product types and common search categories only; they are not a fitment guarantee. RoadReady must confirm the exact part number or specification before payment. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information they submit, but this does not remove any remedy for a defective or materially different product.

04

Special orders and 60% advance payment

A special order requires a written quotation and a 60% advance payment before RoadReady commits funds to a supplier, subject to any limit required by applicable law. The balance is due as stated on the invoice. If the customer cancels before supplier commitment, the advance payment will be refunded less any reasonable, documented cost already incurred. After supplier commitment, any refund may be reduced by reasonable, documented and non-recoverable costs. This clause never limits the customer's statutory rights where RoadReady cannot supply the item, the item is defective or materially different, or the law requires another remedy.

05

Delivery and unavailable goods

Unless another period is agreed in writing, an accepted online purchase order will be performed within 30 calendar days. Stocked-item and special-order dates are estimates until confirmed in writing. Supplier processing, freight, weather, customs and local delivery may affect timing, and RoadReady will notify the customer of a material delay. If an accepted item becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as practicable and any sum received will be refunded within 30 calendar days after that notice.

06

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

Contact RoadReady before returning a product. For a stocked item that is not defective, RoadReady may approve a change-of-mind return requested within 7 calendar days after delivery when the item is unused, uninstalled, complete and in its original condition and packaging. Opened fluids, installed parts and electrical or electronic products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns. Special-order cancellations are handled under section 04. These business rules do not restrict any cancellation or return right provided by law.

07

Warranties and defective goods

The written order confirmation will identify any manufacturer or supplier express warranty, including its duration and material conditions. Statutory implied warranties apply independently. Inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible and report a problem with the order number, photographs and a clear description. If an item is defective, damaged without customer fault, materially different from its confirmed description, or does not meet an applicable implied warranty, RoadReady will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by Grenada law. Return shipping or collection for an unacceptable good is handled as required by law.

08

Installation and misuse

Safety-critical and vehicle-specific parts should be installed by a competent technician using the correct procedures and specifications. Damage caused solely by incorrect installation, misuse, contamination, unauthorised modification, accident or failure of another component is not a product defect. RoadReady does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Product identity and photographs

RoadReady may supply genuine, OEM or aftermarket products only when that status is specifically stated on the written quotation or invoice. Catalogue photographs are representative of the named product type and may not show the exact vehicle-specific shape, connector, colour or brand. The confirmed manufacturer, part number, specification and written order description control. Reconditioned or used goods will be clearly disclosed before acceptance.

10

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms waives or restricts a right or remedy under the Grenada Consumer Protection Act, 2018 or other applicable law. Contact RoadReady first so the issue can be investigated promptly. A consumer may also contact the Government of Grenada Consumer Affairs Office at llca.gov.gd/consumer, telephone +1 (473) 417-6207, or email consumeraffairs@llca.gov.gd.
