RoadReady collects information the customer submits, including name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, payment preference and order details. For fitment-dependent products, this may include vehicle year, make, model, engine or transmission information, chassis or VIN, part numbers and photographs. The website provider may also process basic security and technical logs needed to operate the service.
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to verify fitment, respond to order requests, arrange payment and delivery, send invoices and receipts, provide updates, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, handle returns or warranty claims, secure the website and comply with legal obligations.
RoadReady may use trusted providers for website hosting, transactional email, payment processing, suppliers, shipping and business administration. Only information reasonably needed for that service is shared. Vehicle details may be provided to a supplier solely to confirm the correct part. RoadReady does not sell or rent customer personal information for advertising.
The current website records the selected payment method but does not request or store a card number, online-banking password or PIN. Customers should never send passwords, PINs or one-time security codes to RoadReady.
Order records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, fitment history, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support and legal obligations. Access to the owner dashboard is restricted, and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
A customer may ask RoadReady to provide, correct or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and any record RoadReady must retain for accounting, dispute resolution or legal compliance. A request should include the relevant order number when available.
Normal shopping does not require access to background location, contacts, microphone, camera or advertising tracking. If a future feature requests an optional permission, the reason will be shown before the customer decides whether to allow it.
RoadReady records the page visited, time of visit and a randomly generated browser identifier to measure page views and estimate unique visitors. This first-party visitor counter does not store a visitor’s name, email address, IP address or precise location, and the information is not used for advertising.
